As a Mental Health Therapist at our client, you will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, therapy sessions, assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits. Mental Health Therapists, licensed in the state of New York.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rendering evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
2. Providing a range of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone.
3. Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
4. Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
5. Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Schedule and Shift Details

• Fully remote, flexible scheduling.
• Therapists can create their own schedule between the hours of 7a-9p EST, 7 days a week.
• Therapists, work until 8pm, 2 days per week OR 4 - 4hr shifts on the weekends.
• No on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

1.  

   •  

   • Hold a LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in the state of New York (If you are an LMHC, with Diagnostic privileges)

   • Year relevant experience

   • Previous discussion with the recruiter (Myrtle) regarding this position

     • Experience in any of the following:

       • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

       • Evidence-Based Practice
