Our purpose is to increase access to high-quality mental health care. We are actively hiring therapists in the Goodyear/Phoenix area for both remote and hybrid roles at our conveniently located office near Phoenix-Goodyear airport. Our office provides a modern, professional space for in-person sessions. What Youll Do:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)
  • Full-time: Minimum of 25 clients per week
  • Part-time clinicians: Minimum of 10 clients per week (minimum of 12 hours of availability)
• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)
• Manage your caseload and maintain a consistent schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

• An hourly rate of $40.00

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who reside in a state in which we operate (AZ residency required for hybrid roles).
• Clinicians who are committed to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. They should be well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning, and proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite.
• Must not be opted out of Medicare
