Overview

We are currently in search of a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) to become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong dedication to providing mental health services and assistance to individuals in need. Duties

• Conduct individual  counseling sessions
• Provide crisis intervention and support
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate treatment plans
• Deliver clinical counseling services to clients of varying ages, including geriatric and special education populations
• Implement strategies for home and community care
• Utilize data collection methods to monitor client progress

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Active license. (LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, LCSW-C)
• Prior experience in a counseling or mental health support role is advantageous
• Knowledge of counseling techniques and mental health disorders
• Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
