Tour Company seeks Office Coordinator/Customer Service

Well established walking tour company in the French Quarter seeks a box office coordinator to handle daily administrative and customer service tasks.

Our work day runs from 10am-8pm and we are looking for candidates available for either part time work 1 to 2 days/week. The idea candidate will have some flexibility to potentially pick up and trade shifts around during vacations etc. Pay is competitive hourly with an automatic raise after 90 days. Full time candidates will also receive 2 yearly bonuses and paid vacation after 1 year.

Responsibilities include managing reservation software and spreadsheets, taking reservations for daily tours via phone and email, responding to customer calls and emails, and checking in guests for tours. The successful candidate will be very detail oriented, patient, a good communicator, and great with people.
