Overview

Now hiring a Employee Assistance Program Social Worker

The EAP Clinical Specialist provides clinical services, and clinical triage to incoming Employee Assistance Program (EAP) client calls , makes referrals to network affiliates, schedules appointments and delivers program support functions directly to eligible employee assistance program clients and program participants. The EAP Counselor works in concert with EAP clinical counselors and administrative staff on ways to improve efficiency and delivery of services

Ideal Candidate: Masters degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work. Prior experience working or consulting in a business environment

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work is required.
  • Computer literacy is required.

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls routed through skill-based technology to meet quality standards and performance measurements.
  • Is ready to take calls at the scheduled time, and spends the appropriate amount of time taking calls throughout their shift to resolve contacts on initial encounter.
  • Conducts outbound calls as required and meets established quality/quantity guidelines supporting EAP initiatives and/or programs
