Florida Health Care Plans (FHCP) is a large multi-specialty group HMO that serves as both the insurance and the provider. We currently serve more than 100,000 members at 32 facilities and six Extended Hours Care Centers located throughout Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, Brevard, and St. Johns counties.

Our state-of-the-art facilities are designed as multi-specialty hubs that contain primary care and other specialties listed below. Each facility has specialties that are unique to their specific location and may include an Ambulatory Surgical Center, Bariatrics, Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Diabetes Education, Endocrinology, General Surgery, Hand Surgery, Infusion, Neurology, Occupational Health, Ophthalmology, Pain Management, Pharmacy, Primary Care, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, and Wound Care.

Lab, Pharmacy and X-Ray services are all onsite making our all-in-one care model easier for our patients. Any specialist that we do not employ directly is contracted through our network of over 9,500 providers.

Florida Health Care Plans is a physician led company giving us the benefit of understanding our provider’s needs. Our preventative care model allows us to prioritize quality of care over quantity of patients seen. You have the freedom of caring for your patients without the worry of RVU based restrictions. As a fully at-risk organization, we do not generate income from being reactive to health concerns but by taking a proactive position. Our revenue comes from patients paying for quality health coverage at a reasonable price in exchange for excellent health care.
