Founded in 1975, Urban Pathways (UP) is a not-for-profit, social service and supportive housing organization serving homeless adults in the New York Metropolitan Area. Urban Pathways serves as the first point of contact for homeless New Yorkers. We engage individuals “where they are at” through our strong network of services to help individuals move into housing and minimizethe likelihood of ever returning to the streets.
As a data-driven and innovative leader, Urban Pathways ensures that homeless and at-risk New Yorkers have the housing, services and support they need to be self-sufficient. Urban Pathways will be a leader in creating a society in and around New York City in which our clients achieve and sustain independence, stability and wellness as fully integrated members of their communities.
