First Choice was founded in 1999 and is licensed by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) and contracted with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) to provide personal care assistance to our population of developmentally disabled children & adults, individuals with mental health disorders, veterans and seniors.

We offer our services to both State funded (Medicaid) and Private clients living in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties. We are an established and still growing Agency that manages the care of over 2,000 vulnerable community members and employs over 1,600 team members to care for our in-need community members.
