Founded in 1994, PGS is a mental health practice serving long-term care facilities. Operating in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. We employ a staff of over 150 highly-qualified clinicians who provide mental health counseling, medication management and other evidence-based care.
