Since 1978 New Horizons and our community have chosen to see young people experiencing homelessness as some of our community’s most cherished assets; full of beauty, worth, and dignity. 

Young people experiencing homelessness in King County are arriving at New Horizons with trauma from broken relationships, domestic abuse, mental health concern, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Our community tragically remains a place where the most vulnerable young people are disproportionately underserved, often resulting in lifelong trauma. New Horizons remains resolutely committed to being a safe, welcoming, and youth-centric service provider, unapologetically aiming to end homelessness for young people.

New Horizons is a community organization, supported and empowered by those who believe in the importance of this work. We take this opportunity and responsibility seriously.
