Soliant is seeking a School Social Worker to join a school near Perry, NY, for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This role focuses on supporting students' social and emotional development while ensuring they receive essential services.

• Schedule: Monday Friday, follows school schedule
• Caseload: Pre-K through 12th grade

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students emotional and behavioral well-being
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Track student progress by collecting and analyzing IEP goal data
• Conduct student assessments and compile reports
• Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to create and implement student support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
• Advocate for student needs and connect them with relevant community resources
