*Schedule: 8am-5pm, Sunday - Thursday*

Salary ranges from $68,640-$87,651 + Incentives

Pay Minimum USD $68,640.00/Yr. Pay Maximum USD $87,651.20/Yr. Responsibilities

Levels of care at this facility include: Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential Rehab, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient Program, Outpatient Rehab, Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), Teletherapy, FORTITUDE, a specialty track for veterans and first responders

Here is what youll do as a Clinician I or II at RVC:

  • Individual, family, group therapy
  • Biopsychosocial assessments
  • Discharge summary
  • Treatment planning
  • Documentation
  • Therapeutic intervention practices
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree with appropriate licensure/certification required, Masters Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field preferred.

Credentials:

  • Provisionally or Independently Licensed in the State of practice required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health related field.
    • LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor)

    • LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker)

    • LMFT (Independent Marriage & Family Therapist)

    • LICDC (Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor

    • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

    • LSW (Licensed Social Worker )
    • MFT (Marriage & Family Therapist)
    • LCDC II & III (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor)
  • CPR and BFA Certification required.

Experience:

  • Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication & Written skills.
  • Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws.
  • Knowledge of licensing and accreditation standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in electronic medical records utilizing HeatherAI.
  • Proficient in documenting medical standards per ASAM and Locus criteria.
