We want you to be a part of our journey! The Bilingual Program Supervisor oversees all aspects of the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program in community-based settings. This includes managing program administration, compliance, resource development, and direct services. The role is responsible for planning and evaluating child development activities, ensuring a supportive environment for families, maintaining community partnerships, and meeting funder requirements. The Supervisor also manages team members, ensures contractual compliance, oversees records, and integrates services with other programs at the center. Duties include, but are not limited to: Ensures program quality and compliance by conducting regular file reviews, monitoring caseloads and service delivery metrics, maintaining accurate data records, and aligning all practices with funder requirements, agency policies, and regulatory standards. Participate in required meetings and actively contribute insights to support program development, implementation, and continuous improvement. Maintain a minimum 80% home visit rate across all quarters by calculating and reviewing monthly data during supervisions. Provide professional supervision to direct service team members, encompassing administrative oversight, clinical guidance, and reflective practice. Oversee Parent Educators and program volunteers, conducting supervision meetings at least twice monthly or as needed to ensure consistent support and accountability. Offer ongoing support to Parent Educators and collaborate with the Infant Mental Health Specialist to facilitate case staffings and individual consultations. Promote and uphold an Open Door Policy in alignment with Family Focus values, fostering a supportive and transparent work environment. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of team members to ensure alignment with program standards and continuous quality improvement. Serve as the primary liaison for community referrals, while building and maintaining partnerships with hospitals and local agencies, and leading outreach efforts to promote program awareness and engagement. Facilitate efforts to strengthen family support systems by leading team meetings, planning parent-child interactions, and modeling developmentally appropriate activities that promote positive parent-child relationships and child development. The ideal candidate will have the following education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred, especially in a related field such as Social Work or Child Development. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program coordination or supervision within a family support, early childhood, or community-based setting. At least 2 years of direct experience supervising team members, including reflective supervision and team development. Demonstrated experience with evidence-based home visiting models, preferably Parents as Teachers (PAT), and strong understanding of child development, family engagement practices, and trauma-informed care. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate a diverse team. Demonstrated experience in providing professional supervision and guidance, including clinical and reflective supervision practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, families, community members, and external partners. Deep understanding of cultural diversity and the ability to apply culturally relevant approaches in program implementation and family engagement. Proficiency in using data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Visit Tracker or similar platforms is a plus. Must be Bilingual (English/ Spanish) Salary: $60,000/year.
