LSW Jobs in California
A Licensed Social Worker (LSW) is an integral part of the social service industry as they assist in the empowerment and liberation of individuals and communities. They are typically responsible for connecting clients with resources and support, providing therapy and counseling services, and advocating for client rights. Prior to becoming a LSW, individuals might have roles such as a Case Manager, Community Outreach Worker, or Mental Health Assistant to gain practical experience in the field.
