Wellness Retreat Recovery Center is a 6-bed drug and alcohol treatment center in the hills of San Jose focused on individualized care with an emphasis on practice and process. We understand that our clients’ treatment experience is a direct result of our employees’ satisfaction and the health of our organization. With this understanding in mind, we believe that the growth we see in our clients reflects the growth of our staff. We operate from the “wounded healer” model which means that we are only able to assist clients to the extent to which our staff have done their own internal work. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about helping the chemically dependent population we serve.
