SOAR provides both Re-entry and Employment Services to help move people into sustainable employment and contribute to a prosperous community. SOAR’s Re-entry Services reduces recidivism by utilizing a bundled approach to case management and providing support to individuals returning back to the Duluth area from incarceration. Employment Services assist clients 1:1 to create career and educational action plans, build soft skills and job search skills, develop resumes and applications, connect to job skills trainings and assist with job retention.
